Join us Fridays beginning August 18 for TGIF Tech Tips – one-hour sessions designed to take your knitting and crochet to the next level.
These one-hour sessions have been designed specifically for beginners and advanced beginners, through the intermediate stage, in both knit and crochet! Instructors are Sandra, Cheryl, and Linda.
When learning new crafts, you often don’t know what you don’t know. Those little things can save time, provide polish and finesse, and broaden your choices. YouTube doesn’t answer questions – and sometimes you get bad advice. And you never get free cookies.
So – on Fridays at 5:00, the Artisan Knitworks staff will offer Tech Tips – brief ‘hits’ on specific, narrow topics that will enrich your crafting experience.
These are not Learn to Knit or Learn to Crochet classes. You should have basic moves in hand (for knitters, cast on, knit, purl, cast off, joining to work in the round; for crocheters, chain, singles, doubles, joining to work in the round).
For all of these workshops, bring a ball of two of yarn and appropriately sized needles or hooks and other basic tools (tapestry needle, scissors, etc.). We note any additional homework.
